These New Cooling Mattress Toppers Will Keep You From Sweating at Night

Graphite and Copper Gel-Infused Memory Foam Mattress Topper: For max cooling, try this 4-inch option with a dual layer of Moisture Wicking Coolflow Foam. It's infused with both graphite particles and copper gel to give you the best of both worlds. Prices range from $159 to $179 (only available in queen and king sizes.)
The brand recently polled 1,000 Walmart shoppers and found that 85 percent of respondents said they've woken up in the middle of the night because they were too warm. Additionally, two-thirds of them said they'd rather be cold than warm while sleeping, and more than half of respondents said they'd slept on top of their covers because of the heat in the past year. So if you tend to overheat while you snooze, you're definitely not alone.
