Coronavirus Clusters In Pittsburgh Neighborhoods: Updated Stats

PITTSBURGH PA — An expected surge in coronavirus cases over the holiday season indeed occurred in Pittsburgh, with some city neighborhoods experiencing skyrocketing rates over the past six weeks.

To illustrate how much the numbers have risen since early December, Patch once again is publishing a breakdown of COVID-19 incidents in Pittsburgh city neighborhoods pulled from the Allegheny County Health department website. As of Monday, the city had experienced 14,014 cases of coronavirus and 240 deaths. On Dec. 8, there had been 8,152 cases and 132 deaths.

What follows is the city's current coronavirus cluster breakdown. If a neighborhood experienced an increase since this list last was updated on Dec. 8, the Dec. 8 number will be listed parenthetically.
