Coronavirus: Westchester County Cases Up Almost 400

WHITE PLAINS, NY — At his Tuesday news conference, Westchester County Executive George Latimer released community-by-community numbers of confirmed cases of the new coronavirus. The numbers released Tuesday total 3,152. That is a fraction of the total number of cases released by Gov. Andrew Cuomo.

The governor said the total number of cases in Westchester as of Tuesday was 9,967, up 641 from Monday.

County data lags behind the state by as many as three days, officials said, due to the state releasing data to the county only after tested individuals have been informed about their status.
