LAFAYETTE, Ind. — The body of a male found in the 9600 block of E 325 N on Monday has been identified.

Anthony Brummett, 46, was found Monday afternoon, and an autopsy has been performed by the Tippecanoe County Coroner Carrie Costello earlier this week. No evidence of trauma or foul play was discovered.

"It would be very helpful if anyone saw anything would contact the (Tippecanoe County Sheriff's Department)," Costello told the Journal & Courier Friday.

At approximately 3:04 p.m. Monday, the sheriff's office dispatch received a 911 call stating a body had been found near County Road 325 N. An unidentified white male was discovered deceased at the location, in the 9600 block of E 325 N., according to a release Monday.

Anyone with information regarding this incident is asked to contact the Tippecanoe County Sheriff’s Office Detective Division at (765) 423-9388 or the anonymous We-tip Hotline @ (800) 78-crime.
