Costco plans 6th valley store at Buffalo and the 215 Beltway

LAS VEGAS (KLAS) — A new Costco is on track for land in the southwest valley along the 215 Beltway, county records show.

An application approved on Sept. 20 By the Clark County Commission shows plans for a Costco Wholesale on the southeast corner of Buffalo Drive and the 215 Beltway.

While the county has signed off on the land use application, the company hasn’t yet applied for building permits for the site.

Plans show a Costco gas station, a store covering nearly 158,000 square feet and almost 900 parking spaces.

Records from the Clark County Assessor’s Office show the land is currently owned by the Clark County Aviation Department.

The store would be Costco’s sixth location in the Las Vegas valley.
