See you later, beef burgers! We have our eyes set on Handy’s Wild Pink Shrimp Burgers, and they’re available at Costco.

For those of us who don’t eat red meat (guilty!) or just use the summer to munch on as much seafood as possible (also guilty!), shrimp burgers make a tasty lunch or dinner. As the packaging indicates, you can grill, bake or sauté the burgers — just as you would a beef-based one.

You can get a pack of six 4-ounce shrimp burgers at Costco for $17.99, according to Instagram account @costco_doesitagain. Sadly, it appears that they’re only available in Texas, Louisiana, and Oklahoma locations. All in favor of them launching nationwide?

If you’re not located in one of those three states, you can still get seafood burgers. I can’t tell you how many times I pick up fresh salmon burgers at Shoprite to throw on the grill. You might not have known they existed, but check the seafood section and frozen aisle of your local grocery store for a seafood burger that will be your new go-to summer bite.
