COTA schedules two public meetings to discuss potential service changes in May

The Central Ohio Transit Authority will host two public meetings to discuss possible service changes it plans to begin on May 2.

COTA riders and other citizens can learn about the potential changes and comment during these sessions.

The meetings are planned at 6 p.m. Jan. 20 and noon on Jan. 25.

You can join the meetings in one of three ways:

• To attend in person, go to COTA’s Downtown boardroom at 33 N. High St. Masks are required.

• To watch on your computer or smart device, register in advance by clicking here or go to COTA’s Facebook page.

• To attend by phone, call 1-844-621-3956 The access code to the Jan. 20 meeting is: 2435 517 3205. The access code for the Jan. 25 meeting is: 2428 979 1424.

COTA makes service adjustments three times a year, in January, May and September. Earlier this month, COTA reduced service on several routes because ridership is usually less in the winter. and because of driver shortages.
