Looking for an oceanfront estate to rent? Perhaps one that includes access to former President Donald Trump’s Mar-a-Lago Beach Club?

Trump’s beachfront estate at 1125 S. Ocean Blvd. in Palm Beach, adjacent to Mar-a-Lago, is available for rent for $195,000 a month, annually, following the apparent departure of an in-season tenant who began renting the home in December.

The property, dubbed The Beach House, has eight bedrooms, eight bathrooms, three half-baths and more than 200 feet of oceanfront, according to its listing. The estate is 8,269 square feet, and renting it includes access to the Mar-a-Lago Beach Club, which is directly south.

Margit Brandt of Premier Estate Properties represents the listing. She announced the property’s return to the rental market in a post on her Instagram account Tuesday. The rental includes property maintenance and weekly housekeeping services, she wrote.

In just five hours, the post had more than 4,400 likes.

While renting The Beach House includes access to Mar-a-Lago’s Beach Club, the listing does not say whether it includes access to the rest of the Mar-a-Lago Club and its amenities. A locked gate connects the two properties.

The home at 1125 S. Ocean Blvd. was built in 1956. It has been in the Trump family since 2004, when Trump’s sister, retired federal appeals judge Maryanne Trump Barry, paid $11.5 million for it, property records show.

She transferred ownership of the estate to her revocable trust in 2014. She then sold 1125 S. Ocean Blvd. to 1125 South Ocean LLC, an entity controlled by Donald Trump’s sons, Eric Trump and Donald Trump Jr., in 2018 for $18.5 million, records show.

The home in Palm Beach’s Estate Section includes a formal living room, family room, sunroom and library. The living room has cypress paneling. Floor-to-ceiling windows line the east wall of the family area.

Trump owns three single-family homes near Mar-a-Lago, which he chose as his primary residence following his departure from the White House.

Before Barry, the property was owned by the widow of Jack C. Massey, an entrepreneur known for owning Kentucky Fried Chicken, co-founding the Hospital Corporation of America and being one of the largest Wendy’s franchisees. Massey left the estate to his wife, Alyne, when he died in 1990.
