These counties saw the most snow overnight Wednesday into Thursday
DENVER (KDVR) — Snow started to fall on Wednesday afternoon in some Colorado spots, and those areas have already tallied almost two feet of snow.
The storm, which is expected to bring more than a foot of snow to Denver, has already canceled hundreds of flights at Denver International Airport and closed major roads.

The snowstorm is expected to last for the next 24 hours, but some places have already seen massive amounts of snowfall.
Areas with the most snow Wednesday into Thursday
Here are the areas that saw the most snowfall in Colorado starting on Wednesday at 2 p.m. into Thursday at 4 a.m.

These totals are just the start. The biggest snow totals are expected along the Palmer Divide and the foothills, which could receive over three feet.
The last time Denver saw this much snow was in 2021 when it snowed almost 20 inches in one day. More flakes are expected to fall through Friday morning, making this storm one of the biggest snowstorms in years.
