Grammy Award-winning country music artist Trisha Yearwood has listed her historic, and chic, Nashville estate on the Tennessee market for $4.5 million.

And just like the “How Can I Live” singer herself — the estate is also famous.

Not to mention historic.

“A classic gated residence in the heart of Brentwood situated on 4.4 private fenced acres,” the listing on Historic Concord Estate says. “This historic property has hosted some of the most important and influential people in Tennessee’s legacy. Most recently, it was home to a country superstar and her award-winning culinary series. Now is the opportunity to make this property a part of your history.”

The show, named “Trisha’s Southern Kitchen,” airs on the Food Network and revolves around the star sharing recipes and putting together meals while entertaining.

And the estate itself is unofficially one of the characters in the reality program.

Along with sitting on 4.4 acres, it has five bedrooms and seven bathrooms. Highlights of the home include:

  • Multiple sitting rooms

  • Chef’s kitchen

  • Porches

  • Hardwood floors

  • Sunroom

  • Surveillance system

  • Elevator

  • Three fireplaces

  • Elevator

  • Detached car garage

Yearwood along with husband Garth Brooks have owned the home since 2000 and speak highly of it.

“The house had been built in the 1920s and had all the charm of an older home with the bells and whistles of a new house, because the previous owners had added on,” Yearwood said to Forbes. “I really just moved in, painted a couple of rooms and was good to go. The house is warm and welcoming. When we moved back to Nashville in 2014, we started shooting the cooking show here, and it was wonderful.”
