The "Should Have Known Better" singer has been really busy this year. Between dropping a new music video for her single "Not in Love With You," prepping to release her upcoming EP, and spending time with her husband, former NFL receiver Eric Decker, she still manages to make some time for some self-care in the form of exercise.
Decker is no stranger to showing off her fit physique. Recently she took to Instagram to share a video that provides some insight into how she stays lean and strong. She captioned the clip with "🔥Revenge Leg Cardio Booster 🔥5 rounds 🔥20 seconds each (get the stop watch ready) #letsgo" followed by a list of her effective leg workouts.
The 33-year-old's "Revenge Leg" routine consists of jump squats, burpees, running in place, skaters, and lunge split jumps. When they're not in the gym, the Decker family is all about balance. Recently, the singer shared that she likes to multitask in the kitchen by sharing some quick leg workouts while she cooks her lasagna—and other recovery meals— from her cookbook, Just Feed Me.
