Country music star Morgan Wallen will return to central Ohio for the second time in less than a year, this time as part of his new "One Night At A Time Tour," the singer announced Thursday.

The Aug. 12 concert, which also will feature HARDY, ERNEST and Bailey Zimmerman, will be at Ohio Stadium on the Ohio State University campus.

Tickets go on sale to the public Friday, Dec. 9, at MorganWallen.com.

Verified fan registration is open now through 11:59 p.m. Sunday, Dec. 4, for shows in the United States and Canada. Ticketmaster will send an email the evening of Dec. 6 with information about the presale, which starts Dec. 7.

The tour comprises four countries, two continents and 17 stadiums; plus arenas, amphitheaters and festivals, according to the announcement.

Joining Wallen for all 44 stops in the U.S., Canada, Australia and New Zealand will be ERNEST and Bailey Zimmerman, with HARDY and Parker McCollum joining for select dates.

The 2023 stop is a big step up from the Tennessee native's Oct. 13 show at Flannagan's in Dublin, which sold out within seconds, the 4,000-person venue posted on Instagram at the time.

Wallen's album "Dangerous: The Double Album" was at No. 1 for three weeks on the Billboard 200 in early 2021 when video circulated of him saying the N-word. There was significant fallout — including his booking agency cutting ties, country radio stations temporarily pulling songs, and the ACM Awards deeming him ineligible that year. He also canceled multiple dates.

Wallen apologized, and according to USA TODAY, fulfilled a pledge to donate $500,000 to Black-serving organizations. Meanwhile, "Dangerous" continues to do big numbers, setting the record earlier this fall as the longest-running album for a solo artist, in any genre, in Billboard magazine's Top 10. At the American Music Awards this year, he won for favorite male artist.

USA TODAY Network reporter Chris Foran, of the Milwaukee Journal Sentinel, contributed to this report.
