These country stars had 13 No. 1 hits. Now they’re playing at a bar in Emmett, Idaho

For country music fans, the 1990s is a special era — the era, if you cherish names like Garth, Shania and Clint.

But plenty of other memorable stars filled the airwaves with classic songs, too.

If you’re willing to take a short drive to Emmett this summer, you can see at least two of them in concert. And in an intimate music spot.

Country-themed bar Stoney’s Road House — in the redeveloped Boise Cascade Mill complex at 1050 Cascade Road — is unleashing a doubleheader of ’90s country in June and July.

Grammy-winning band Diamond Rio will perform on Friday, June 2.

And hit machine Tracy Lawrence will headline on Friday, July 28.

Combined, those two acts have had dozens of songs on Billboard’s Hot Country Songs chart — a mind-blowing 69, if you count ’em up at Billboard.com.

Tickets to the Diamond Rio concert cost $32.50 if you’re 21 or older, or $42.50 if you’re 18 to 20. Tickets to the Lawrence show are a bit more — $43.50 and $53.50. Visit stoneysroadhouse.com for details.

After releasing his debut album, “Stick and Stones,” in 1991, Lawrence landed eight No. 1 smashes over the next decade and a half: “Sticks and Stones,” “Alibis,” “Can’t Break It To My Heart,” “My Second Home,” “If the Good Die Young,” “Texas Tornado,” “Time Marches On” and “Find Out Who Your Friends Are.”

Diamond Rio also broke out in ’91, eventually enjoying five chart toppers: “Meet in the Middle,” “How Your Love Makes Me Feel,” “One More Day,” “I Believe” and, finally in 2003, “Beautiful Mess.”

Never been to Stoney’s Road House? It’s the Idaho cousin of Stoney’s Rockin’ Country, which has been open near the Las Vegas Strip for more than a decade. The Road House’s large bar is partially enclosed, and the place has a dance floor with plenty of room for boot scootin’ — 2,300 square feet. Stoney’s is only open on nights it hosts events.

Concertgoers who want to spend the night after either show (and party like it’s 1999) have options. Dry camping spots are available next to Stoney’s for an extra charge.
