Country stars light up the night at the Blame My Roots Festival
The Blame My Roots Festival made its way back to Belmont over the weekend, drawing huge crowds and huge names in country music.
Headlining the event this year was Dierks Bentley, who saw the biggest crowd of the three-day event. The festival kicked off on Thursday with the Raised Rowdy party and gave the fans performances from Walker Montgomery, Niko Moon, North to Nashville, and Gage Joseph.
Friday evening, sponsored by I Heart Radio, saw Frank Viera, Levi Hummon, Priscilla Block, Randy Houser and Chase Rice sing their hearts out to the crowd.
Dierks Bentley rounded out the weekend, finishing his set Saturday after hearing from artists Luke Burkhardt, James Barker Band, David Lee Murphy, and Ashley McBryde.
Kirke's Famous Ice Cream along with various food trucks was on-site to feed concert-goers and campers at the festival. The hills behind the stage, typically empty, were filled with RVs and parties during the weekend.
Thousands brought blankets, chairs, and coolers to the stage hillside for a rocking evening with festival star Bentley on Saturday evening.
