County National Bank announces new branch leadership in Somerset Center, Jackson

HILLSDALE — New branch leadership is now in place at County National Bank offices in Somerset Center and Jackson.

Wilma Roberts and Jake Johnson were recently promoted to branch leadership roles, announced Joe Williams, president and CEO of County National Bank. Roberts has been promoted to branch manager of CNB’s Somerset Center branch, 12641 E. Chicago Road, and Johnson joined CNB in December as a branch officer at CNB’s Jackson Street office in downtown Jackson.

Roberts became a CNB team member in September 2008 as a loan operations assistant and transitioned to the loss mitigation department in September 2012, the release said. In August 2019, she moved into the retail branch setting when she took customer service representative position at the Somerset Center office. She is a graduate of the University of Phoenix with an associate degree in business.

Johnson has a Master of Business Administration in strategic leadership from Spring Arbor University and a Bachelor of Business Administration from Baker College of Jackson. He has nearly 10 years of financial managerial skills and enjoys coaching, training and motivating high-performance teams, the release said.
