Couple charged in road-rage shooting, police say

Baltimore County police announced the arrests of two people in connection with the road-rage killing of a woman in Essex. Shalia Hendrix's body was found on May 5 inside a crashed car on Maryland Route 702. Hendrix, 28, of Essex, suffered from a gunshot wound, and the medical examiner ruled her death a homicide. According to county police and court charging documents obtained by 11 News, Hendrix lost control of her car and crashed into the woods after she was shot by a pair of road-rage suspects.
