On Sunday, Agnes also posted about the McNuggets bouquet on Instagram, explaining why McDonald’s is so special to her and her partner.

“Just 2 weeks before our wedding, @wrathar_ [Darlyn] and I decided to send our physical wedding invitation cards to places that means a lot to us,” she wrote in her post’s caption. “We thought it will be fun and also for the memories! McDonald’s is often our to-go place for breakfast/lunch/dinner/suppers so we definitely had to send them one!”

She also explained that Team McDonald’s Singapore reached out to her but did not mention the bouquet: “Of course, we weren’t expecting to have any response but boy were we surprised when we received a message from McDonald’s Team … not only they sent a congratulatory message, they also surprised us with a gift from McDonald’s.... McDonald’s will forever be our Happy Place.”
