Courts Watch: Sentences, pleas and other developments in St. Cloud-area criminal cases

Editor's note: This weekly report includes new information about Stearns, Benton and Sherburne county criminal cases covered in the St. Cloud Times.

Terrell Tywon Wilson, 25, of St. Cloud pleaded guilty May 4 to one felony count of domestic assault by strangulation. He is scheduled to be sentenced Sept. 16. Judge Mary Mahler presided.

Nickole Marie Kneip, 39, of Richmond was sentenced July 12 to one year in jail, with 336 daysstayed for two years, for one gross misdemeanor count of fourth-degree assault of a peace officer. Kneip was credited for 29 days served and will be on probation for two years. One felony count of threats of violence and one gross misdemeanor count of fourth-degree assault of a peace officer were dismissed. Judge Mary Mahler presided.

Gaige Marcus Barrett, also known as Gaige Clark Barrett, 21, of Minneapolis was sentenced July 13 to three years in prison, stayed seven years, and 45 days in jail for one felony count of second-degree criminal sexual conduct with a victim under 13. Barrett will be on probation for seven years. One felony count of first-degree criminal sexual conduct with a person under 13 was dismissed. Judge Laura Moehrle presided.

Kent Leon Moscho, 30, of Colfax, North Dakota, was sentenced July 14 to one year and nine months in prison, stayed for five years, and 120 days in jail for one felony count of threats of violence. He was credited for 42 days served and will be on probation for five years. Judge Mary Mahler presided.

Grant Alexander Monaghan, 21, of St. Cloud pleaded guilty July 15 to one felony count of first-degree aiding and abetting aggravated robbery with a dangerous weapon. Monaghan is scheduled to be sentenced Sept. 8. Judge Andrew Pearson presided.

Noah Dupree Thomas Jr., 25, of St. Cloud was sentenced July 15 to seven years and nine months in prison, stayed for five years, and 14 days in jail for one felony count of second-degree drugs. He was credited for 14 days served and will be on probation for five years. One felony count of fifth-degree drugs was dismissed. Judge Andrew Pearson presided.

Jeaun Raymond Hopkins, also known as Jeaun Reymon Hopkins, 24, of St. Cloud was sentenced July 15 to 90 days in jail, with 88 days stayed for one year, for one gross misdemeanor count of interrupting or interfering with a 911 call. He was credited for two days served and will be on probation for one year. One felony count of domestic assault and two gross misdemeanor counts of domestic assault were dismissed. Judge Andrew Pearson presided.
