Wisconsin

Residents of Northwestern Wisconsin, including Ashland, Bayfield, Burnett, Douglas, Price, Iron, Rusk, Sawyer, Taylor and Washburn counties, can call a COVID-19 call center representative for help navigating the vaccination process, including setting up an appointment. Common questions

Vaccine priority groups in Minnesota and Wisconsin

Any providers offering vaccines to people 12 and older are asked to prioritize doses for older people, those with underlying conditions and frontline workers. Must be 18 or older to get the Moderna or Johnson & Johnson vaccines. People ages 12-17 can get only the Pfizer-BioNTech vaccine.

St. Louis County Public Health

Vaccine line: 218-726-2623. Staffed 8:30 a.m.-4 p.m. Monday-Friday. Messages returned during business hours.

Community vaccine sites: One site in Pike Lake, Hermantown, Hibbing and Eveleth. Eligible residents will receive a link to register from county or employer. The Pike Lake clinic uses the Pfizer vaccine.

Community vaccine event: 3-6 p.m. June 16, Mt. Royal Library, 105 Mount Royal Shopping Circle, Duluth. Preregister at stlouiscountymn.gov/vaccineregistration. Walk-ins accepted. Pfizer available to people age 12 and older. Parent or legal guardian must accompany anyone under 18. Johnson & Johnson available to age 18 and older.

Thrifty White in Hibbing, Hoyt Lakes and Virginia: Do not need to be a pharmacy customer. Schedule an appointment at thriftywhite.com/covid19vaccine. If no appointments are available people can join waitlist to be notified when they open. If the location is not listed, there are no openings.

CVS Pharmacy at Target in Duluth: Registration for appointments is available at CVS.com, through the CVS Pharmacy app or by calling 800-746-7287. No walk-ins.

Fond du Lac Band of Lake Superior Chippewa

Vaccine clinics: Open to age 18 and older who are Fond du Lac Band enrollees, Fond du Lac Band employees and first- or second-generation descendants of those who are band enrollees. Vaccines also open to those 18 and older who live in the band's service area and are either a member of another federally recognized tribe, a first- or second-generation descendent of someone who is, a non-Indigenous household member of anyone eligible as well as Indigenous Canadians. Leech Lake Band of Ojibwe

Cass Lake Indian Health Services: Call 218-368-4763 to reserve an appointment. Tribal nations can deviate from state and federal vaccine guidelines.

Register for an appointment at co.lake.mn.us hotline, 218-834-8434, to hear recorded messages about scheduled pop-up clinics and how to make an appointment. The message is updated each weekday morning. Clinics scheduled on short notice. When making an appointment, provide name, mailing address, email, phone number, date of birth and mother's maiden name.

Grand Portage Band of Lake Superior Chippewa

Vaccine hotline: All band members, residents in Grand Portage area and employees should call 218-475-2235 to schedule time to get vaccinated. Tribal nations can deviate from federal and state vaccine guidelines.

Douglas County

Douglas County Public Health

Vaccine hotline: 715-395-7336. Leave name with spelling, birthdate and phone number. Only call one time. Public Health will contact you when vaccine is available. Limited supply. Public health can also set up visits to vaccinate people who are homebound.

Vaccine clinic: Age 12 and older. At Siinto S. Wessman Arena, University of Wisconsin-Superior. Douglas County will split community-based vaccination clinic with Barron County. Pfizer. Open 11 a.m.-7 p.m. Tuesday, Thursday and Friday and 11 a.m.-3 p.m. Saturday. Accepting walk-in appointments. Can also register at vaccinate.wi.gov/en-US.
