COVID-19 long-haulers turn to opera to ease breathlessness

The English National Opera and medical experts from Imperial College Hospital designed a six-week program called “Breathe” to help people suffering long-term effects of COVID-19. Students in the program say it has been life-altering and has helped with symptoms like anxiety, breathlessness and fatigue.
