COVID-19 numbers are improving — but we’re not out of the woods

More than 34 million Americans have received at least one dose of the coronavirus vaccine, 500 fewer people are dying every day than compared to four weeks ago, and there’s been a 42% drop in hospitalizations since January. While there is optimism heading into the spring, we’re not out of the woods yet. NBC medical correspondent Dr. John Torres has this week’s Sunday Focus.
