COVID-19 restrictions prompt some Baltimore restaurants temporarily close

Some restaurants in Baltimore City are closing, at least temporarily, because of coronavirus restrictions prohibiting in-person dining. Two of the restaurants closing are long-time fixtures in Baltimore. The 11 News I-Team on Friday reviewed whether the ban on in-person dining has an impact on the spread of the virus. Restaurant owner Jackie McCusker has operated in the Canton community for almost 30 years, but Thursday was the last day of business for Mama's On the Half Shell, at least temporarily.
