Jan. 7—The Kennesaw State men's basketball team's scheduled game against ASUN Conference rival Liberty was pushed back, as the program continues to deal with COVID-19 concerns.

The Owls were originally scheduled to play the Flames on Saturday in Lynchburg, Virginia, with the teams facing off in Kennesaw to end the regular season Feb. 26.

Now, Kennesaw State will host Liberty on Jan. 20 at 7 p.m. The Owls will now end the regular season at Liberty on Feb. 26 at 1 p.m.

Kennesaw State also saw the postponement of its previous game, a Wednesday tip against Jacksonville, though no new date has been announced yet.

The Kennesaw State women's team will play at Liberty as scheduled Saturday, with a 2 p.m. tip. It will be the Owls' first game since a Dec. 20 loss at Auburn, which was followed by the cancellation of two nonconference games and the postponement of Wednesday's game against Jacksonville.
