Cowboys LB Anthony Barr inactive against Vikings due to hamstring injury
Dallas Cowboys linebacker Anthony Barr didn’t get a chance Sunday to face his former team.
Due to a hamstring injury, Barr was inactive on Sunday at U.S. Bank Stadium against the Vikings, the team he played for from 2014-21. He had been listed as questionable, and missed his second straight game.
For the Vikings, edge rusher Za’Darius Smith (knee) was listed as questionable, but was active Sunday as expected. Inactive for the Vikings were defensive end Dalvin Tomlinson (calf) and cornerback Akayleb Evans (concussion), who both had been ruled out Friday, offensive linemen Chris Reed and Vederian Lowe, edge rusher Luiji Vilain and defensive lineman Esezi Otomewo.
Also inactive for the Cowboys were quarterback Will Grier, cornerback Nahshon Wright, safety Markquese Bell and defensive linemen Tarell Basham (DE) and Quinton Bohanna.
