Animals waded through floodwater in Franklin, Tennessee, on Sunday, March 28, after heavy rains inundated parts of the state.
The National Weather Service said on Sunday that Nashville had seen its second-largest two-day rainfall in history. The Metro Nashville Police Department said at least four people died after flooding swept the city.
