A 6.4-magnitude earthquake struck Assam, India, on April 28, according to the National Center for Seismology reported.
A local official said the “massive” earthquake had damaged roads and buildings.
No casualties had been reported by 3 pm local time, according to Himanta Biswa Sarma, a local government minister.
