Southbound Loop 303 reopens in Peoria after semitruck spills load
The southbound lanes of Loop 303 in Peoria were closed for several hours due to a minor crash early Thursday. The lanes reopened late Thursday morning.
A single-vehicle crash occurred near Lake Pleasant Parkway where a semitruck carrying trash tipped on its side, spilling debris across the highway at about 6 a.m.
According to DPS, minor injuries to the driver were reported and the roadway was still closed.
