Creamistry makes Petco Park debut

If you have premium ice cream on the mind, you're in luck. You'll find a new Creamistry location at 100 Park Plaza, Suite 163 in Petco Park.
Creamistry uses liquid nitrogen to instantly freeze each ice cream order, resulting in virtually no overrun. Signature creations at the shop include the Captain's Breakfast (Cap'n Crunch ice cream, strawberries, bananas and Nutella), the Elvis Presley (banana ice cream, bananas, candied bacon and peanut butter sauce) and the Elemint (mint ice cream, Oreo cookies, chocolate chips and fudge).
The new locale in Ball Park Village is still finding its footing, with a 3.5-star rating out of six reviews on Yelp.
Jack M., who was among the first Yelpers to review the new spot on June 30, wrote, "I like ice cream, and I specifically love coffee ice cream, especially the way they make it here at the Creamistry. As you know, the ice cream is made Johnny on the spot, so the coffee grounds are put right into the ice cream as it's being made."
And Sarah K. wrote, "Excited this location is open. I had never been to Creamistry before, but my friends were talking it up so we just had to go. The Chocolate Combustion and the Elemint were both amazing."
