Creek Rises in Wilmington Amid Delaware Storms

A flash flood warning was in effect for Wilmington, Delaware, on Wednesday, June 9, as the northeast coast of the US saw isolated severe storms.

This footage shared by Twitter user @Rjfresch on Wednesday morning shows gushing waters at Brandywine Creek, which was forecast to rise above flood stage to a crest of 16.6 feet before falling back down, according to the Delaware Emergency Management Agency.
