Crew Flies Into Eye of Hurricane as Ida Barrels Towards Gulf Coast

Hurricane Ida made landfall near Port Fourchon, Louisiana, on August 29, as an extremely dangerous category 4 hurricane with maximum sustained winds of 150 mph, the National Hurricane Center reported.
