Crews respond to fatal head-on crash in Fairborn Tuesday night
Feb. 24—Police and medics were called Tuesday night to a fatal crash in Fairborn, originally reported as a head-on crash with multiple injuries.
The crash happened sometime around 10 p.m. in the 1100 block of Kauffman Avenue.
There were two people trapped in the wreckage and five medics called to the scene, according to initial reports.
The severity of injuries was not known.
