The Crown star Emma Corrin's new thriller has become the first TV show to be pushed back amid the current dual strike of actors and writers.
A Murder at the End of the World has been delayed until November despite being originally scheduled to premiere on August 29 on FX in the US (via The Hollywood Reporter). A release date for the UK has yet to be announced.
Billed as a limited series, the project has been developed by The OA creators Brit Marling and Zal Batmanglij, who also serve as executive producers, writers and directors for the all seven episodes.

The Crown star plays protagonist Darby Hart, an amateur sleuth who receives an exclusive invite from reclusive, mysterious billionaire Andy (Clive Owen).
She and eight other guests are called to take part in a retreat at a remote and dazzling location, but the tone suddenly changes when one of them is found dead. After discovering the body, Darby takes it upon herself to use her detective skills to prove it was murder before the killer strikes again.
Marling is set to appear in the role of Lee alongside Corrin and Owen. The series also stars Harris Dickinson as Bill Farrah, with the British actor next to be seen in A24's wrestling dynasty biopic The Iron Claw.

The cast is rounded out by Alice Braga, Joan Chen, Raúl Esparza, Jermaine Fowler, Ryan J. Haddad, Pegah Ferydoni, Javed Khan, Louis Cancelmi, Edoardo Ballerini, Britian Seibert, Christopher Gurr, Kellan Tetlow, Daniel Olson and Neal Huff.
A Murder at the End of the World will premiere on FX on Hulu in November for viewers based in the US. A UK release date has yet to be confirmed.
