CT man dies after being dropped off at Putnam hospital with stab wound
A New Haven man has died after he was dropped off at a hospital in Putnam with a stab wound Tuesday.
The victim, identified as 51-year-old William Logan, died after entering Day Kimball Hospital and seeking medical treatment, according to the Putnam Police Department. Police were called at about 2:45 p.m. and notified that a victim suffering a life-threatening stab wound had been dropped off at the hospital.
Putnam police said they are investigating along with the Windham State’s Attorney’s Office and the Office of the Chief Medical Examiner.
