CONNECTICUT — The state reported 140 new positive test results Friday out of 15,265 samples, which keeps the state's positive test rate below 1 percent, Gov. Ned Lamont said.
Hospitalizations increased by three patients up to a net of 69 and one addition death was reported Friday.
The number of confirmed coronavirus cases in Connecticut increased to 49,810 and the number of deaths is now at 4,432. Nearly 800,000 people have been given tests since the pandemic began.
