The Chicago Cubs and White Sox released their 2021 spring training schedules on Wednesday.
The Cubs open the spring season against the Los Angeles Dodgers at Sloan Park in Mesa, Ariz., on Saturday, Feb. 27, while the Sox open their Cactus League schedule Feb. 27 with a home game against the Milwaukee Brewers at Camelback Ranch in Glendale, Ariz.
The Sox have 15 home games at Camelback Ranch, including against the Cubs on March 19. The Sox play the Cubs at Sloan Park in Mesa three times in the span of five days: March 26, March 29 and the Cactus League finale on March 30.
The Cubs' tentative 33-game 2021 spring training schedule, which features 18 home games at Sloan Park, includes a split-squad game against the the Colorado Rockies on St. Patrick’s Day on March 17.
Individual game tickets for Cubs spring training will go on sale in January. Fans may send additional spring training questions at firstname.lastname@example.org or at 1-800-THE-CUBS. The Sox will provide more ticket information in the future, but currently have a waitlist available for fans.
The Cubs open their 2021 regular season on April 1 in a home series against the Pittsburgh Pirates. The Sox begin the 2021 regular season April 1 at the Los Angeles Angels. Their home opener is April 8 against the Kansas City Royals.
