“Homes in this neighborhood are custom built homes and do not come on the market often, most sitting on at least .4 acres or more,” Davies said, adding that homes have been built from 1996 to 2007, with most of them constructed in the late '90s to early 2000s. “The square footage ranges greatly between 2,000 to almost 8,500. Most designs are in the 2,600 to 4,000 square foot range with a mixture of one and two-story homes.”

Mountain Lakes is small, numbering about 25 homes, Davies said. “The neighborhood enters from one road and then branches off into three cul-de-sacs, so residents only deal with neighborhood traffic,” she said.

Take a left onto Highway 82 off Cobbs Ford Road. Go through the intersection with Memorial Drive and continue travelling west.
