Big Frog Custom T-Shirts and More, a full-service custom apparel decorating shop with nearly 100 franchised locations specializing in direct-to-garment printing, is now open in Jacksonville.

Located in the Merchant's Walk shopping center in Mandarin, this is the first shop in Northeast Florida for the brand.

Big Frog has no order minimums, no setup fees, free design help and touts fast turnaround, including a 24-hour turn on in-stock garments. The brand supports local organizations with give-back initiatives and has an online fundraising platform.

Bobby Nebel, from Miami originally, is the new shop's owner and has traveled the country working in retail.

“We wanted to open our own business and thought, ‘Why would we stay where it’s always raining or snowing – let’s go home to Florida,'” Nebel said. “Of course, I want to make money, and Big Frog has a solid business model for that, but the brand’s mission statement really hit a sweet spot for me. It really is all about community service.”

The shop, at 9965 San Jose Blvd. #56, is open from 9 a.m. to 6 p.m. weekdays and from 9 a.m. to 1 p.m. Saturday. For appointments outside of regular business hours, contact the shop at (904) 800-6888 or at robertn@bigfrog.com.
