Customers and staff prepare to spend third night trapped at highest pub in Britain due to Storm Arwen
Staff and customers trapped at Britain's highest pub were set to enjoy a karaoke night as they spent a third night snowed in at the remote location.
Some 61 people were left stuck at the Tan Hill Inn in the Yorkshire Dales on Friday after heavy snowfall thanks to Storm Arwen.
But the unexpected guests have been well looked after by the hotel, which entertained them with films on a projector screen, a quiz night, and a buffet.
Many of those stuck at the hotel - which also included members of staff - have had to sleep on makeshift beds and mattresses on the floor, but according to the manager some have said they "don't want to leave" after what some have described as the best 'lock-in' around.
Their entertainment included a gig from Oasis tribute band Noasis, whose musicians were also stranded at the pub after a gig on Friday.

The pub also laid on a traditional Sunday lunch before preparing for an evening of karaoke.
Guests at the pub have thanked staff for looking after them by filling a tip jar with around £300 in cash.
Nicola Townsend, manager at the Tan Hill Inn - which at 1,732 feet (528m) above sea level is the highest in Britain - told the PA news agency: "It’s just been lovely and everyone is in really good spirits… it’s a really good atmosphere.
"They’ve formed quite a friendship… like a big family is the best way I can describe it.
"One lady actually said ‘I don’t want to leave’."
Townsend said she and others first realised they were trapped as they saw snow drifts piling up against the building, reaching the bedroom windows on Friday.
Since then, a tunnel has been dug out of the front door of the pub which had been blocked by feet of snow but nearby roads are not yet usable in part due to fallen power cables.
Townsend said mountain rescuers had made it through the snow to attend to one guest who requires medical attention for an ongoing condition.
She said even when people can get home, many of those who had been stranded – including herself – would stay in touch long after they have been freed.
Forecasters have warned the "coldest night of the season" is set to hit parts of the UK on Sunday evening, with temperatures dropping to as low as minus 10C (14F).
