A man was killed, and two others wounded after a Russian artillery shelling of the Nikopol district of Dnipropetrovsk Oblast, regional governor Serhiy Lysak reported on Telegram.

After the invaders shelled the Marhanets community near the city of Nikopol, "a man who was just riding a bicycle on an errand was killed," Lysak wrote at 3:05 p.m. EET.

Two men aged 30 and 58 were injured in the shelling of the Myrivska community also near Nikopol, Lysak wrote half an hour earlier. Both men sustained forearm injuries and were hospitalized in moderate condition.

Explosions were also heard in Odesa during an air raid alert.

Afternoon air raid alerts were heard in the Dnipropetrovsk, Zaporizhzhya, Donetsk, and Kharkiv oblasts.
