Cynthia Bailey and Mike Hill really are moving on.

The former “Real Housewives of Atlanta” star, 55, and TV host Hill, 52, said there is “no chance of reconciliation” between them, according to court documents obtained by People.

The couple — who have “two separate and distinct residences” — announced in October that they were splitting up just days after what would have been their second wedding anniversary.

Bailey filed the petition. Though the pair has yet to finalize the divorce, defendant Hill, who “agrees to the dissolution of their marriage,” insists the relationship “is irretrievably broken.”

The soon-to-be exes also agree they want to keep private any forthcoming documents given “a grave interest in protecting both their privacy interest and mental health,” according to a motion filed Thursday, the outlet reports.

Neither party has requested spousal support,

Both Bailey and Hill attribute the split to “issues concerning both the moral character and embarrassing acts of one of the parties,” according to the filing.

Said issues could “adversely” affect “one or both parties[’] reputation, image, business dealings, and will significantly harm the parties mentally, psychologically, financially and emotionally,” according to the filing.

The next hearing for the pending divorce is slated for early next month, according to People.

“LOVE is a beautiful thing. While we both will always have love for one another, we have decided to go our separate ways,” Bailey and Hill captioned the joint post announcing their split.
