DA: Man dies after assault outside Lawrence restaurant
A homicide investigation is underway in Lawrence after a deadly assault outside a restaurant. The Essex District Attorney's Office says Lawrence Police responded to 205 Broadway just before 10 this morning... for a reported assault and battery in progress. This is in front of La Nueva Tambora restaurant. A man was taken to the hospital... where he was pronounced dead. No other information has been released about the victim... or any possible suspects.
