Dacor Unveils New Showroom in theMART

Dacor unveiled its new Chicago showroom this week in theMART. The first space for the kitchen appliance brand in Chicago, and second wholly owned showroom overall, is part of LuxeHome, a collection of boutiques open to the public six days a week in the Chicago design center.

“We are so thrilled to have Dacor opening at LuxeHome,” says Blair Loftspring, managing director of leasing and marketing for theMART. “We represent all the best brands in the kitchen, bath, and other industries, and adding a brand like Dacor really solidifies that. They have over 50 years of innovation and we’re so excited to add them to our lineup.”

Dacor chose theMART for its second showroom because of the city’s focus on design. “The Chicago design scene has seen a revitalization that is in line with our brand growth and as theMART is one of the world’s leading design centers, it is the perfect place to highlight our new initiatives while celebrating our heritage,” says Randy Warner, president of Dacor.

The showroom will also host cooking demonstrations.

The showroom’s kitchen theater section will show how Dacor products blend into a wide variety of kitchen styles and offer modern solutions for entertaining. The new space in theMART highlights the brand’s two collections: Modernist and Heritage, along with new products like the Atelier porcelain refrigerator, and Heritage induction pro ranges. The space even has a space for cooking demonstrations, with multiple educational classes planned for the venue.

The showroom is open by appointment only. Appointments can be scheduled online.
