Daily Digit: Boozy shopping is a thing — and it's way more common than you might think

According to new research by Finder, 46% of adults who drink alcohol admit they regularly shop online while under the influence. That’s about 68 million Americans boozing, browsing, and ultimately purchasing an estimated $30.4 billion worth of goods per year. Buzzed shopping has more than doubled in the last year, with average yearly spend per shopper going from $206 in 2017 to an estimated $448 in 2018. Have you shopped under the influence?
