Peggy Poe is a female chihuahua and dachshund mix being cared for at Shelter2Rescue Coalition.

She already has all of her shots, and she's been spayed. She has work to do on house training etiquette.

From Peggy Poe's caretaker:

Peggy is a small little girl, and a ChiWeenie! She's just eight months old. She's been fostered around some other dogs and cats, and also tween to teenage kids. She absolutely adores the center of attention! Peggy prefers to be around you as much as she can, she feels happier and more secure we think. She enjoys a lap or a good snuggle next to you whenever possible. Our Peggy is small but she has a huge heart. Looking for someone who has a big heart and lots of love and time to share with Peggy.

Oaklea, rottweiler mix

Oaklea is a female rottweiler mix staying at Southern States Rescued Rottweilers.

Oaklea gets along well with other dogs. She is vaccinated, and she's been spayed.

No cats, please: Oaklea is looking for a cat-free forever home.

From Oaklea's caretaker:

Oaklea was pretty down when she was returned to Southern States Rescued Rottweilers after seven years, but she has adjusted wonderfully and is very happy go lucky these days! She is a real sweetheart who loves attention and snuggles. She has lots of personality and will make a great addition to any home. Oaklea is smaller than a normal Rottie but can hold her own with the big boys as she loves to play with her foster brothers and enjoys chewing on a bone that is as big as she is. She does get along great with other dogs, however her previous owner said she has trouble with female dogs around her size or smaller. We have no experience with her around cats so that is unknown. She is fully housebroken and has used a crate. She has had knee surgery recently and but is exceeding the doctor's expectations and should be fully recovered very soon!
