Northwestern Mutual Twin Cities is hosting a fun run next month to raise money for kids with cancer.
Hosted by the financial services company, the goal of the fun run is to raise $25,000 for the Pinky Swear Foundation, a nonprofit based in Eagan that provides financial and emotional assistance to children with cancer and their families.
The run will take place Saturday, Sept. 23, at Trapp Farm Park, located at 841 Wilderness Run Road.
Participants can choose to run 5k, 3k or 1k, according to a news release. Registration costs $35 for individuals or $140 for families up to six people. Those who register get a T-shirt, breakfast pack, access to additional activities and a medal for children 14 and younger.
