Before Dale Moss even appeared on our TV screens as part of the new season of The Bachelorette, everyone was talking about him.

Why? Well, in case you haven’t heard, this season may actually be the most dramatic yet thanks to news that Clare Crawley was replaced by Tayshia Adams. Sources confirmed the switch to Glamour ahead of the reveal, which happened during the season’s fourth episode.

At the time, rumors were swirling that Moss, 31, had something to do with Crawley’s exit and Adams’s takeover. Did Moss and Crawley make a love connection so strong that it prompted Crawley to leave? Well…yes!

What else do we know about Dale Moss, other than the fact that he’s extremely good looking? Let’s investigate.

He’s a former football player. Moss was a wide receiver at South Dakota State and went on to play on the practice squads for NFL teams like the Green Bay Packers, Tampa Bay Buccaneers, and Chicago Bears.

He’s a model. This isn’t shocking news at all. Moss is represented by Wilhelmina Models and says on his website that he’s “only getting started.”

He has a “passion for storytelling.” Moss says his “ability to connect with people across different industries has made me a sought-after entertainment host and media personality,” and that he has “executive produced and provided creative direction” to brands like Under Armour, Hugo Boss, Express, and United Airlines.

He has a philanthropic side. Moss is a global ambassador for the Special Olympics and counts the Tiger Woods Foundation, Wounded Warriors Project, and NFL Play 60 as other causes dear to him.

He used to host a podcast. It was called The Game Plan With Dale Moss and centered on “achieving personal and business growth,” but it appears he hasn’t recorded a new episode since April 2019.

His Instagram is full of workout pics and modeling shots. The people need your posts, Dale.

According to his sister, he was not in contact with Crawley prior to filming. “If I hear another outlet report that Dale and Clare came in contact before production, I’m going to flip,” she reportedly said, according to screenshots published on the @bachdetective Instagram account.

“That’s tarnishing my brother’s name and it’s COMPLETELY FALSE. Your source for that information is LYING,” she continued. “I know this because I spent everyday with my brother leading up to production! Never once did he reach out, nor was he ever contacted by Clare!”

According to the post, Moss has been “EXTREMELY adamant about the rules, contracts and privacy,” and he had “EVERYTHING to lose and NOTHING to gain by communicating beforehand.”

He’s engaged to Crawley. Moss proposed with a Neil Lane diamond ring after Crawley revealed she was breaking up with the other contestants. “Never a point I won’t show up for you Clare Crawley,” he wrote on Instagram after the episode aired.
