Dallas Cowboys defensive lineman Demarcus Lawrence was ranked as the 99th best player in the NFL according to the NFL players polled for the NFL Top 100.
Lawrence’s leadership and ability to compress the pocket were cited as why players had voted him as a top 100 player.

The NFL Top 100 is a yearly ranking of the best players in the league voted on by NFL players. This year’s edition will be the 13th since the inception of the list.
Lawrence was unranked in last year’s Top 100 in part due to an injury-plagued 2021 season where he only played seven games.
Lawrence had a successful 2022 season amassing 65 tackles, six sacks, nine tackles for loss and 13 QB hits. Lawrence was selected to the 2022 Pro Bowl for his efforts.
