Dallas Man Tests Skating Skills on Icy Street as Winter Weather Continues
A Texan showed off his skating skills on an icy street in Dallas, Texas, as a winter storm impacted the region on Tuesday, January 31.
The National Weather Service (NWS) said significant ice accumulations are expected and issued weather advisories in the region on February 1.
