Dirk Nowitzki was in attendance at game 4 of the ALCS between the Texas Rangers and the Houston Astros at Globe Life Field.

The Rangers lead the series 2-1 at the onset of Thursday’s game.

Nowitzki is a Mavericks legend, who won the team’s only championship in 2011 and spent his entire career with the franchise.

Nowitzki retired in 2019 and was enshrined in the NBA Hall of Fame in August.

Current Mavs superstar Luka Doncic was seen with Nowitzki at the game.

Doncic has spent the first five years of his NBA career with the Mavs and has emerged as one of the best young talents in the NBA making four All-NBA teams to date.

Nowitzki and Doncic both got voracious applause when shown on the jumbotron in the second and third innings respectively.

It wasn’t just Mavs in attendance, ex-Dallas Cowboys quarterback Tony Romo was also at the game. Romo has become one of the most popular NFL broadcasters since returning from the league in 2016.
