Damage Reported From Shelling in Government-Held Village in Luhansk Region

The OSCE monitoring mission in Eastern Ukraine reported more than 1,700 ceasefire violations in the Donbas region on February 22, according to a daily summary.

Violations were concentrated in Luhansk, where the mission recorded 1,182 examples, of which 1,075 reportedly involved explosions. In Donetsk, 528 violations were recorded, of which 345 where described as having involved explosions.
